Md. Adnan Nadiv has been serving as a Lecturer in the Department of Education at Prayas Institute of Special Education and Research (PISER), an affiliated institution of the Bangladesh University of Professionals (BUP), since 2022. He completed his B.Ed (Honours) in Special Education and M.Ed in Educational Psychology from the Institute of Education and Research (IER), University of Dhaka. Alongside his academic studies, he was actively involved in various research projects, co-curricular activities, and voluntary work. He is currently pursuing his M.Phil at the Institute of Education and Research (IER), University of Dhaka.

At PISER, his teaching areas include Education, Special Education, Educational Psychology, and Abnormal Psychology. In addition to teaching in the regular Honours and Master’s programs under the Department of Education, he also teaches in various professional courses offered by the Department of Continuing Education and Professional Development.

Along with teaching, Md. Adnan Nadiv is actively engaged in various research activities. His research papers have been published in several nationally and internationally recognized journals.
